What Can a Web Conference Room Do for Your Business?

I have been listening to trainings and presentations on webinars and I am really seeing the potential and value in using these webinars in my business, and really in any business.

I have done most all of internet training in these web conference rooms so I know first hand of the quality inside the rooms. There are quite a few amenities that I will list below, but most important is the ease of communicating. I have been on some teleseminars lately, including those hosted by my primary business corporate office, and I can tell you that they have been very poor quality in terms of sound quality.

Every single web conference room that I have been in have produced clear sound quality, unless a guest trying to speak did not have adequate technology on their end. Now I just went out and bought a $15 microphone to plug into my computer and it works great. At least people on the other end say so!

My primary company has launched some new products and we distributors have been encouraged to gather people together for presentations. Even the owner of the company's wife is gathering her socialite friends and hosting presentations around the country!

I thought, why not host some cyber presentations! I can do everything that is being done live right in my own web conference room. I can show a powerpoint presentation, I can talk and show the products, I can show product demos, I can even show the dvd of the owner's wife with her socialite friends, and I can open up the presentation for people to talk directly back with me or text right in the room

There is a white board in the room so it is very easy to point something out or even write or draw for all to see live. These rooms are accessible to the visually impaired as well.

I am putting together my cyber presentation and brainstorming ways to get the word out. If anyone reading this post has any ideas in that regard, of course I would be happy to discuss. I am not looking for large crowds because it is too hard to communicate with everyone that way. It is nice to have a smaller group to be more interactive.

Some other benefits- all you need is a computer, internet access, and if you want to be able to talk in the room, in addition to texting, you will need a microphone.
It can provide Live, online support for an online business's customers and website visitors. Rooms can be customized, and they are secure. There are complete moderator controls including removing unwanted guests from the room. There is the ability to record presentations, and rooms can be locked if that is desired.

As you can see there are many benefits for online businesses using web conference rooms. There is also complete training and support for these rooms and the learning curve is very short since they are quite easy to operate. Don't let this technology scare you off because it is so comprehensive, anyone can operate a web room!

What I think is a great feature, and one that I took advantage of, is the opportunity to try a Web Conference Room at no cost. In fact, you can go in every day and get a no-cost 3-Person web room. They expire at midnight so you have to get a new one each day, but the order and log-in is very quick. Many paid-room owners started by using those trial rooms. They are fully functional with all of the features of a paid room except the opportunity to customize the room so it always looks like it is yours.
