Press Releases are a great way to get information to people who are researching a certain subject. News including solution oriented content and additional links can be placed inside the press release for viewers to access.

I have found that PRLog.com is an effective place to submit Press Releases. It is free to use and integrate linking to other sites upon confirmation. Do not be afraid to write a Press Release. There are templates and very good instructions online to help you get started. One requirement is that your intent is to share information, not blatantly sell product. Another is to write in third person, avoiding 'you' and 'I' in your writing. I have some Press Release tips and tools sites that I can share with you if you email me and request them.

If you have news of any kind such as a new product, a new service, benefits to your products (may not be new but will be new for lots of viewers who find your press release), anything that can benefit someone else is newsworthy to that person.

Earlier this week I listened to a webinar about internet marketing and part of the presentation was a suggestion to get creative with getting your news out for people to see. One idea was to piggy back on some hot items in the media and integrate your product and service in order to get some equal attention. I decided to try this strategy out and did so in the form of the Press Release that I submitted today. I hope you enjoy it, and will attempt a similar project yourself. What Can a Web Conference Room Do for Your Business?

I have been listening to trainings and presentations on webinars and I am really seeing the potential and value in using these webinars in my business, and really in any business.

I have done most all of internet training in these web conference rooms so I know first hand of the quality inside the rooms. There are quite a few amenities that I will list below, but most important is the ease of communicating. I have been on some teleseminars lately, including those hosted by my primary business corporate office, and I can tell you that they have been very poor quality in terms of sound quality.

Every single web conference room that I have been in have produced clear sound quality, unless a guest trying to speak did not have adequate technology on their end. Now I just went out and bought a $15 microphone to plug into my computer and it works great. At least people on the other end say so!

My primary company has launched some new products and we distributors have been encouraged to gather people together for presentations. Even the owner of the company's wife is gathering her socialite friends and hosting presentations around the country!

I thought, why not host some cyber presentations! I can do everything that is being done live right in my own web conference room. I can show a powerpoint presentation, I can talk and show the products, I can show product demos, I can even show the dvd of the owner's wife with her socialite friends, and I can open up the presentation for people to talk directly back with me or text right in the room

There is a white board in the room so it is very easy to point something out or even write or draw for all to see live. These rooms are accessible to the visually impaired as well.

I am putting together my cyber presentation and brainstorming ways to get the word out. If anyone reading this post has any ideas in that regard, of course I would be happy to discuss. I am not looking for large crowds because it is too hard to communicate with everyone that way. It is nice to have a smaller group to be more interactive.

Some other benefits- all you need is a computer, internet access, and if you want to be able to talk in the room, in addition to texting, you will need a microphone.
It can provide Live, online support for an online business's customers and website visitors. Rooms can be customized, and they are secure. There are complete moderator controls including removing unwanted guests from the room. There is the ability to record presentations, and rooms can be locked if that is desired.

As you can see there are many benefits for online businesses using web conference rooms. There is also complete training and support for these rooms and the learning curve is very short since they are quite easy to operate. Don't let this technology scare you off because it is so comprehensive, anyone can operate a web room!

What I think is a great feature, and one that I took advantage of, is the opportunity to try a Web Conference Room at no cost. In fact, you can go in every day and get a no-cost 3-Person web room. They expire at midnight so you have to get a new one each day, but the order and log-in is very quick. Many paid-room owners started by using those trial rooms. They are fully functional with all of the features of a paid room except the opportunity to customize the room so it always looks like it is yours.

Internet marketing can be a very tough business to get successful! There are programs and tools and people pulling you in all kinds of directions you didn't even know exist. Last evening I listened to a real good discussion on internet marketing. This comes from Butch Hamilton , a successful internet marketer. He is a trainer with Veretekk Lead Generation system. I enjoy listening to Butch because he talks so eloquently and knowledgeable. What he says makes sense and he has proven all of his techniques. You can find him at the top of quite a few Google searches.

There are many ways to market online. One of those include SEO (Search Engine Optimization), or getting your website to the top of Google (and then many search engines follow Google). Top position on Google through Organic placement has a lot of work behind it. Organic is the part of Google that is not connected to paid ads - it is the links that got there with a lot of content, linking and work behind it. Personally, those are the only links I click on when searching on Google.

Do you stay focused on your primary business on the internet?

If you have been marketing online for any length of time, you will agree that you have been presented with opportunity after opportunity. Some you come across while surfing the net and 'click' on something, and some come to you by email because once your email gets 'out there' - well.. watch out!

Baby steps..

It's just like the title says.. Baby Steps. If you ask me, this is what makes learning the world of internet marketing more do-able. I find myself completely overwhelmed much of the time. Part of that is due there being so much to learn and then to implement. And I think part of it is that the more you listen and learn, the more you generate ideas within yourself and, of course, that requires action!

I learned from several mentors, most of the them trainers online here with the Veretekk system, that I would be more successful if I take baby steps but keep taking these steps every day. That seems to be the key. Just in the last week alone I have heard several talks about consistently putting forth effort. It was said that many people come online, they learn everything they have to do, and then they don't do it! Some don't do much of anything and others just don't work consistently.

These baby steps are ongoing efforts. Doing something every day is going to bring me closer to where I want to be, as a successful internet entrepreneur with multiple streams of residual income.

My first baby steps were all shown to me by the wonderful trainers in the Veretekk Automated Marketing System. I work primarily with the Veretekk system. And it really does have most of what you need to market online - right inside this system. The owners really want you to start with the Free Silver System because there is a learning curve to it. You can stay with this sytem forever, though many choose to upgrade to be able to get full use of the system. You can see the benefits pretty quickly, but it is still better to go to all of the Free Silver Trainings and get completely familari with the scope of Veretekk. It is BIG and it is also still GROWING.

I continue to take baby steps with all of the 'out-of'the-box' strategies that I am learning. I learn a lot in the advanced Gold Veretekk Trainings and also have discovered some other venues for education. There are some great radio shows on internet marketing. I like to listen while I am working on computer tasks or sometimes it is fun to close my eyes, give them a rest and listen to this information so that I can really take it in and process it. Then there is World Talk Radio where you can search under business and then e-marketing talk show arhives.

I have been listening to some internet marketing radio shows and there is some really good content out there. I came across a recording of an overview of the Veretekk Automated Lead Generation/Marketing System. It is about 16 minutes long although you may want to listen a couple of times.

We use skype to exchange information, communicate with people all over the world, and get help or a quick answer to the computer struggles you are bound to face. More thought from this great book, Your Destiny, Your Life and Work Become One by Robert Natiuk. I like this title because for one, I think a work from home business is my destiny and two, I like what I am doing so much that I don't consider it work. It is part of my life and at least at this still beginning stage that I am in, I get lost in time doing all these things that I am learning. If only I can extend the day a little - since it is usually getting over before I am ready!

Back to the book, I shared the part on thankfulness and being motivated to share the wonderful changes in your life. This next section is about the principle of attraction. Now this is near and dear to me because the very first month I decided to market online, I was introduced to the marketing system I use by a very special lady and mentor to me. She is all about 'Attraction Marketing'. I am very drawn to that approach and ironically it is actually the opposite of approach. With attraction marketing, the work you do is all focused on drawing people to you. Sounds good right? The author of the book goes a step further and offers the choice of personally becoming the kind of person that attract others to you. Doing this will also help your online efforts since you will start writing and doing other tasks in such a way that it WILL ATTRACT others. If you work your internet business with enthusiasm, and have dreams and goals, plus that thankfulness that we talked about in the last post, there is success waiting for you. You are alive with hope and joy and if you are like me and your primary business is a health and wellness one, you are alive with health as well! You are in charge of your life and people are going to see this and they are going to want it as well. This is also called 'inner marketing' and it is a natural force that is much more effective than sales techniques. When you feel this power taking form within you, you'll naturally start doing the right things to share your business. You'll just be yourself- but it will be a self that wants to share the best with everyone.

Another great source that shares these very same thoughts is the online movie The Secret. I encourage you to watch it. It made an impact in my life and I think it can be a great benefit to you as you start an internet business.

Autumn Inspiration for Work at Home Entrepreneurs

I do really like this time of year here in Central Pennsylvania. It is so beautiful with all of the color, and we have some awesome days to be outside to enjoy it! I just wish it would last longer than it traditionally does. As a work from home entrepreneur, I feel very blessed to be able to take time when I want during this short season, to get outside and appreciate the beauty around me.

That being said, I really am working hard here on my internet business. I was in an online conference this evening and the presenter was saying that all of the successful people we are seeing now have put in their time as well. That is what network marketing is all about. You work pretty hard for a while and then you reap the benefits. As you are putting in your time, you know that you are building something of your own. It truly is inspiration to get away from corporate life or the dreaded J-O-B where you are pretty much 'just over broke'!!!

Today I would like to share some thoughts and words taken from various sources that I'll note. Hopefully something here will inspire you for awhile this week, or maybe you will come across this months from now with the power of the blog and all.. and you can enjoy it then. Enjoy the fall wherever you are.

Step by Step You Make Progress

Progress is something that I am making in my efforts to establish a market online for my primary business. Along the road I have gathered tools, trainings, mentors and even a couple side streams of income. I have learned to go step by step and soon I will have something very good.

I want to post a recording here that was done by a super lady named Cindy. She is a Gold Trainer in the Veretekk system and a mentor, motivator and BIG helper to many of us. As an experienced internet marketer, she may be ahead of us quite a bit and when you see all her 'stuff' you are maybe intimidated or overwhelmed, and definitely impressed.

Most of the time my head seems to be spinning with new things I am learning and all of the things I want to accomplish in my online business. I am so thankful that I found this work that I am really enjoying. I have lots to learn but I look forward to it every day and truly appreciate the stay-at-home lifestyle that it is affording me right now. This picture of the world wide web reminds me of my goal to achieve a successful, global business with multiple streams of income for my family at the present time, their futures in this family business.. and also to be able to help as many others as we can to achieve health, happiness and success in their lives. It also reminds me of all those ideas and thoughts swirling and linking in this old head!

I just finally took the time to go through the DeskView program that was given to me weeks ago, and now I wonder what I was waiting for? This looks like an awesome marketing tool to add to my tool box. And it is FREE!

Summer is Over

It is hard to believe that summer is over. I have very mixed feelings as we go into September. While I am having a hard time saying goodbye to those warm rays of sunshine, it does signal getting back on a 'schedule' and back to working harder. I must say that I am inspired to do just that. Having just returned from convention celebrating 50th Anniversary, I am motivated, inspired and eager to share so many new things. Are You Making Money on the Internet?

This is a picture of the Chesapeake Bay Bridge I crossed when I traveled to the beach at Ocean City, Maryland last week. Of course I did not do so on foot as shown in the picture. I drove over this impressive bridge in a nice air-conditioned van. However, once at the beach, and while visiting the famous boardwalk, I think I was in a crowd like this!

But the real reason I post this picture is because it also made me think about the many people who are crossing the bridge to the world of a home based business. A Happy Online Day

Today is a happy online marketing day because I got to see some fruits of my labor! It always helps to see results. I have been busy learning about Search Engine Optimization from the talented internet marketing trainers over at vzerb.veretekk.com. They are the best of the best. Our team is working to get to the top of the search engines, and over the past couple of days I have been seeing more and more of the team members getting there.. including me.

There was a search done right in the training room.. and I had two sites right there on Google's TOP PAGE. That is exciting!!

There is still lots of work to be done. We need to identify the popular key words and then work to get position on the first page of those internet searches.
